Soy candles cannot be left outside in the heat. Your order will be delivered by courier to your nominated residential or business address. Please ensure someone is home at the time of delivery. No refund will be offered for products damaged due to being left in the heat.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. 

If your item is faulty, please contact us to arrange a refund of the original purchase amount (not including shipping). In some cases you may be required to return the item to us before the refund can be processed (return postage at your expense). 

Please follow our candle safety instructions included with your candle and available on our website.

All of our candles are handmade with love and the crystals are embedded to order. Please allow up to two days processing time for your order. Your order will then be shipped on the following business day. If you require express shipping please contact us to arrange.

If you are purchasing as a gift for someone else please include your details in the billing details and the recipients in the delivery details. You can also leave a note to let us know that it is a gift and any special message you would like included.

We currently ship Australia wide using 100% carbon neutral shipping. The email you provide will be added to receive tracking notifications. Please understand that once your item is shipped we have no control over the delivery time.
